Well, I can't understand why other people should be involved with this. I mean, what if the beam was deadly (which it possibly couldn't be)? Then a thousand of people would die, including you !

I think this could be a perfect lawsuit, if it was a bit more credible.. But sadly, people are too ignorant..

What I'll say is that the beam is just for the sight and UglyFrog actually never was the target..
I think that the beam, once it hit the "main machine", it caused the ps3 console to overheat quickly, but not enough to explode, so it could release something to cause dizziness and memory loss to the people near the console?

But that's just my theory..

hmm.. I think Microsoft will fire a beam with enough gunpowder and TNT to destroy the main server for SONY.. Which also includes a memory loss to innocent people.
